Thank you for giving! We received beautiful gifts from the village of Oloirobi. We are so very thankful for each of you giving to make CHaRA mission possible. Because of you we were able to purchase a few sheep and goats for Oloirobi. You can help purchase a goat or a sheep for $50 to increase our flock and herd! It is a great way to help the people of Oloirobi take care of their families.

In our last newsletter mailed to you we shared about a little girl named Rehema. She is four years old and unable to walk. A few years ago she became disabled after an illness. We have been able to send her to St. John Paul II Rehab Center at Monduli. After two weeks she has been able to stand and move with a child walker.  She was abandoned by her parents since they were not able to help her. Since we entered her life her mother has returned, she has been there to see her daughter take her first steps.

Siteya is six years old. We shared about him in our newsletter. He has not been able to hear and has had great pain in his ears for the past year. The ENT checked his ears and found bacterial infection has caused a big problem but feels with antibiotics the infection will be cured. He is hopeful that Siteya’s hearing will be completely restored.

All the people at Oloirobi are so excited and happy for what CHaRA is doing to help them. They are thankful for this great miracle of healing for these kids. Please keep praying for Oloirobi. Please keep giving for this beautiful Love & Joy Center at Oloirobi to be built. Pray that the community will grow into a prosperous, self-sustaining, healthy village.

Our team in Zanzibar is still at work giving shoes. Our seven midwives are in school learning to be great nurse/midwives for their villages.
