We are writing you with an important update in taking into consideration of the coronavirus. Our desire would be to go forward with the Birthing Hope Tea; however, wisdom stimulates us to proceed with caution at this time. With this in mind, we regretfully announce that we will not be having the Birthing Hope Tea at The Refuge on March 28, 2020. CHaRA is thankful for your understanding and your support. The each family are greatly appreciated as we seek to partner for the benefit of every mother and baby.

The girls will be entering the Center in June of this year. There will be hard times, but much joy at the Center. Your faithful support will allow us to fund the staff, mothers and babies. The girls will attend school in the Birth Hope classroom. They will learn to sew, learn how to care for their babies, and be taught agricultural skills.

All of you have been an intricate part of this ministry for the past 11 years and we know you will continue to support CHaRA and the Birthing Hope Project as you have always done. Your yearly giving funds the Center that will soon house new mamas and their babies. The Birthing Hope Center was built because of you and we are thankful for each of you.
