On a trip to find a boat maker this lady helped show us the way. She had no shoes! Her feet were rough and could walk on the long rock dirt path. At the end she asked me did I have a pair of shoes for her. I really wanted to give her the shoes on my feet but I knew that I could not walk on that path without shoes- I though as soon as we get to our verhicle I will give her my shoes. But she disappeared. The next time we went back to check on the boat I had a pair of shoes in a bag for this lady. I did not see her all the way to the boat. Mohamed told me we might have to walk a long way to find her home. As we walked out onto the main path there she stood. She was as surprised as I. She said, "I think about you all of the time, you are a nice lady, with a kind smile. I wondered if you would return."  She wanted to see me again, but then I handed her the bag with the shoes. She was beaming, she had no idea I would remember to bring her shoes. She hid them under her kanga (wrap) she did not want anyone to take them away from her. I told her God had blessed her today. She agreed.
