The doctor at Kijini clinic is so happy with his building. CHaRA did inside and outside cleaning, repairs, and painting. They have new industrial strength screens on the windows to keep the mosquitoes out. Soon they will have some new equipment. After the first coat of paint everyone said, "it is enough, it is so nice" but we did return to finish the job. This place is still in wonder of why we come to help them. Slowly the people are becoming more friendly. Kijini has 3068 people with 600 under 5 years. Rashid Flki Nitumweme is from Kijini. He is 7 years old with a hernia that needs surgery. CHaRA is helping - we have found a surgeon from the UK coming to do the surgery.
